1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a TemplateHub account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use TemplateHub.
2. Description of Service
TemplateHub provides an online CV and cover letter builder with AI-powered content suggestions, multiple professional templates, and PDF export functionality. We offer subscription plans with a free trial period.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. TemplateHub uses magic link authentication — we will never ask for your password.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
TemplateHub offers paid subscriptions processed via PesaPal. The 7-day trial automatically renews at the full monthly rate unless cancelled. The annual plan is billed once per year. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the content you create using TemplateHub (CV content, cover letters, uploaded photos). By using the service, you grant TemplateHub a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TemplateHub to create content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful; to impersonate another person in professional documents; to attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our templates or AI systems; or to share your account credentials with others.
7. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
TemplateHub is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
