1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, name) and when using our services (CV content, cover letter content). We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used, and payment information processed securely through PesaPal. We do not store full payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide and improve TemplateHub, to authenticate your account and protect against unauthorized access, to process payments and manage your subscription, to send service-related emails (sign-in links, receipts), and to respond to your support requests.
3. Data Storage
Your CV and cover letter data is stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase (US-based infrastructure). We retain your data as long as your account remains active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate TemplateHub: Supabase (authentication and database), PesaPal (payment processing), and Vercel (hosting). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.
5. Cookies
We use cookies solely for authentication (Supabase session cookies). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from signing in.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data, and export your CV data as PDF. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@templatehub.pro or use the Settings page.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), row-level security on all database tables, and secure token-based authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of TemplateHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
